Yield AnalysisYield analysis
takes a comprehensive look at crop production data and answers any crop
production questions. It takes information beyond yield maps into
knowledge that you can use to make wise decisions. This information is
useful in developing a sound and economical crop management practice.
It determines what has the greatest financial bearing on profitability such
as:
- Yield to pH
- Yield to phosphorous
- Yield to Potassium
- Yield to Soil Type
- Yield to Variety or Hybrid.
The program also makes use of a field index number. This number allows
the grower to compare year after year of yield data regardless of the crop.
The program is extremely useful for analyzing field trends over a period of
time. You can:
- Compare different hybrids, products, and systems against other acres
in the database.
- Determine how corn hybrid yields against other hybrids either in
your own fields or regionally.
- Evaluate variables including grain yield and moisture against pH,
phosphorous, potassium, soil type, hybrid/variety and drainage.
- Evaluate your decisions to ensure you are on the right track.
